I specialize in helping therapists take the step into private practice and challenge any limiting beliefs that hold them back. I create a supportive and collaborative space where boundaries are respected and encouraged. I have experienced past employment that didn’t respect my boundaries, which can create so much self-doubt. I help you ethically grow your business, cheer you on, and challenge scarcity mindsets. We do not have to “put in our dues” as therapists. We can create our future and succeed. I’m passionate about helping you grow your practice ( and even help with the nitty gritty details), building self-confidence, and believing you can succeed in private practice (because you can!!)

  • I understand the financial pressures involved when a newly licensed therapist. I hope to make it affordable for your budget. My fees are as follows:

    Private Practice Coaching: $145

    Supervision for Provisionally Licensed Therapists: $100

  • Depending on where you are in the process, I may have you work on: creating paperwork for your private practice, working on website content, creating referral letters, creating a exit strategy at your current job, and also, getting gut level honest about what might be holding you back.

  • I utilize many different approaches when working with clients, including: ACT, CBT, DBT, EMDR, attachment theory, and IFS. Also, I am passionate about teaching clients how to connect with somatic responses as we know “the body keeps the score.”

  • We will discuss current cases, theoretical approaches, any transference occurring, as well as documentation. We will also discuss various interventions to utilize with various clients.

  • I work primarily with adults of all genders and backgrounds. I am inclusive of LBTQ+ and BIPOC groups. Additionally, I am passionate about working with post partum, perinatal mental health, fertility struggles, trauma, and eating disorders. If you are interested in these populations, we might be a good fit!
